For the Strength of Youth (FSY) Conference 2022

After two years without being held in person due to the global Covid-19 pandemic, once again the youth of the Caribbean Area will have the opportunity to participate in The Conference For the Strength of Youth (FSY) during this summer of 2022.

After two years without being held in person due to the global Covid-19 pandemic, once again the youth of the Caribbean Area will have the opportunity to participate in The Conference For the Strength of Youth (FSY) during this summer of 2022.

The Caribbean Area Presidency is grateful that young people can enjoy an event that aims to strengthen their faith in Jesus Christ and provide a space where they can learn, share their talents, and have fun in a healthy environment.

This year it is expected that thousands of young people in the area between the ages of 14 to 18 in the case of Puerto Rico and 14 to 16 years in the Dominican Republic, will participate in the different sessions that will take place in the camp facilities of Bonao, as well as in other spaces that the Church has identified to carry out these events.

This year the 2022 youth motto is “Trust in the Lord,” which comes from Proverbs 3:5-6: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. Acknowledge him in all your ways, and he shall direct thy paths.'

If a young person wishes to participate in the event, they can do so by registering on the page: fsy.churchofjesuschrist.org. If you need help during the process, the bishop or branch president of the Church unit where the youth attends will be available to assist you.

The sessions in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic will take place on the following dates:

o Puerto Rico Session, July 11 to 15, 2022, at the Caguas Stake Center.

o Session of the Santo Domingo West Coordinating Council, from July 18 to 22, 2022, at the Bonao Camp facilities.

o Session of the Santo Domingo East Coordinating Council, from August 1 to 5, 2022 at the Bonao Camp facilities.

o Session of the Santiago Coordinating Council, from July 25 to 29, 2022, at Camp Bonao facilities.
